When will my order be delivered?

We dispatch orders within 24โ€“48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2โ€“5 days depending on your location.

Yes, we ship everywhere in India โ€” metros, towns, and remote regions.

If the courier shows unusual delays, contact us โ€” we coordinate directly with the delivery partner.

If it hasnโ€™t been shipped, we can correct it instantly.


If already shipped, the order may return to us โ€” we will help you reship.

Payments & COD

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available across India.

Cash on Delivery orders have additional handling and collection fees charged by courier partners.

To keep our product prices fair and transparent, we only add a small โ‚น49 COD fee for customers who choose COD.


Online prepaid orders have no extra charges

Yes. All online payments are processed through GoKwik, one of Indiaโ€™s most trusted checkout platforms.

Your payment is 100% encrypted and protected.

No. Herbal Platter does NOT store any card details, UPI, or payment information.

All sensitive data is handled securely by GoKwik, as per RBI-compliant tokenization standards.

Some remote pin codes do not support COD due to courier restrictions.

Yes, prepaid refunds (if applicable) are issued back to your original payment method.

Are your products 100% pure?

Yes. Herbal Platter follows a strict no preservatives, no fillers, no adulteration policy.

Every batch is made in small quantities and checked thoroughly before dispatch.

Yes. Our products undergo testing in both independent third-party labs and government-approved laboratories to ensure purity, safety, and compliance with Indian food standards.

Yes. On request, we can share relevant batch test reports for oils, honey, spices, and other products.

Yes. All oils are extracted using a wooden ghani at low temperatures to preserve nutrients and natural aroma.

Yes. They are maida-free, non-fried, and contain no MSG, no artificial colours, and no harmful chemicals.

Yes. All products are manufactured and packed under FSSAI-licensed facilities and quality systems.

No โ€” crystallisation is a natural process and a sign of 100% pure honey.

Pure honey tends to thicken or crystallise in cold weather because it contains natural glucose, enzymes, and pollen.

Simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) for a few minutes to bring it back to liquid form.

Crystallisation = pure

Non-crystallisation for months = often processed or adulterated

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

Can I return a product after opening it?

Opened food products cannot be returned due to safety standards.

But damaged or incorrect items are replaced immediately.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp or Email โ€” weโ€™ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

We will replace it immediately.
