When will my order be delivered?
We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your location.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship everywhere in India — metros, towns, and remote regions.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an Whatsapp & Email with your tracking number.
What if my order is delayed?
If the courier shows unusual delays, contact us — we coordinate directly with the delivery partner.
What if I entered a wrong address?
If it hasn’t been shipped, we can correct it instantly.
If already shipped, the order may return to us — we will help you reship.
Payments & COD
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across India.
Why is there an extra ₹49 charge for COD?
Cash on Delivery orders have additional handling and collection fees charged by courier partners.
To keep our product prices fair and transparent, we only add a small ₹49 COD fee for customers who choose COD.
Online prepaid orders have no extra charges
Are online payments secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through GoKwik, one of India’s most trusted checkout platforms.
Your payment is 100% encrypted and protected.
Do you store my card or payment information?
No. Herbal Platter does NOT store any card details, UPI, or payment information.
All sensitive data is handled securely by GoKwik, as per RBI-compliant tokenization standards.
Why is COD unavailable for my location sometimes?
Some remote pin codes do not support COD due to courier restrictions.
Do you offer refunds for prepaid orders?
Yes, prepaid refunds (if applicable) are issued back to your original payment method.
Product Quality, Purity & Lab Testing
Are your products 100% pure?
Yes. Herbal Platter follows a strict no preservatives, no fillers, no adulteration policy.
Every batch is made in small quantities and checked thoroughly before dispatch.
Are your products tested in labs?
Yes. Our products undergo testing in both independent third-party labs and government-approved laboratories to ensure purity, safety, and compliance with Indian food standards.
What tests are done on your products?
Depending on the product, we conduct:
- Adulteration tests
- Microbial safety tests
- Pesticide & residue checks
- Nutritional analysis
- Moisture, purity & density checks
- Cold-pressed oil FFA (Free Fatty Acid) tests
- Honey purity (if applicable)
Are your test reports available?
Yes. On request, we can share relevant batch test reports for oils, honey, spices, and other products.

Are your cold-pressed oils made using real wooden press?
Yes. All oils are extracted using a wooden ghani at low temperatures to preserve nutrients and natural aroma.
Are your millet noodles and pasta chemical-free?
Yes. They are maida-free, non-fried, and contain no MSG, no artificial colours, and no harmful chemicals.
Do your products follow FSSAI guidelines?
Yes. All products are manufactured and packed under FSSAI-licensed facilities and quality systems.
My honey has frozen / crystallised. Is it adulterated?
No — crystallisation is a natural process and a sign of 100% pure honey.
Pure honey tends to thicken or crystallise in cold weather because it contains natural glucose, enzymes, and pollen.
Simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) for a few minutes to bring it back to liquid form.
Crystallisation = pure
Non-crystallisation for months = often processed or adulterated
Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Can I return a product after opening it?
Opened food products cannot be returned due to safety standards.
But damaged or incorrect items are replaced immediately.
What if my product arrives damaged or leaked?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp or Email — we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
What if I received the wrong product?
We will replace it immediately.
How long will the replacement take?
Usually 2–5 days depending on your location.
